Talk to a real one, built on Amazon Connect

The scripted samples show how a call goes. The live assistant is the real thing: it answers for CBL Data Recovery's assistant, in English or Mandarin, and can hand over to a person.

1. Press the button

Use "Talk to a live assistant" in the card above. Your browser will ask to use the microphone.

2. Speak naturally

Start in English. To switch to Mandarin, press 2 on the keypad in the widget, then speak Mandarin.

3. Ask for a person

Say "I want to speak to a person" to see the hand-over. If nobody is available you will hear a polite message.

The live demo is switched off because the Amazon Connect widget details are not set. Copy them into the .env file and restart.

This is a pilot assistant that uses test data. Please do not share personal details. Calls may be transcribed.
