Our planning office is open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. On public holidays we're open for viewings by appointment.

Lunch starts from S$1,088++ per table of ten. Dinner is from S$1,288++ on Monday to Thursday, and from S$1,588++ on Friday to Sunday and peak dates. The planner confirms the final cost. Shall I note a viewing for the team?

We're in the Mountbatten area, about a seven-minute walk from Mountbatten MRT. There's a car park on site, and parking is free for banquet guests on the day.

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, NETS and major credit cards. The team sends the payment details when you hold a date, and you get a receipt for every payment.

I'm sorry, I don't have any discounts to offer. A team member can tell you if there are any current offers.

The prices I give are starting prices per table, and the ++ means service charge and GST are added on top. The planner confirms the final cost in a written quotation after hearing your date, guest count and menu.

Please tell us as early as you can. The team will look at new dates with you and explain the terms in your contract. The deposit is not refundable, but it may move to a new date if one is free.

Please call us if you're running late. If you're more than 20 minutes late, the viewing may be shortened or moved to another day. If you can't come, please tell us so we can free the slot.

Yes, our planners speak English and Mandarin. On this demonstration line I can only help in English.

Nothing special. It helps to have a rough date, your guest count and budget, and photos of styles you like. Bring your parents or anyone helping you decide, so everyone sees the venue together.

A viewing takes about an hour, including a walk through the ballroom and garden room, sample menus and a chat with a planner. Tastings are separate.

Yes, everyone is welcome. The entrance is step-free, there are lifts to the ballroom, and we have wheelchair space and baby chairs. Tell your planner about any guest who needs extra help.

Yes, we're open on Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm, and viewings are popular then. On public holidays we're open for viewings by appointment.

Yes, you get a receipt for every payment. For a corporate event, we can issue a tax invoice to your company.

The main ballroom seats up to 30 tables of ten, so 300 guests. Banquets need at least 10 tables from Monday to Thursday, and 15 from Friday to Sunday and on peak dates. The garden room suits 20 to 80 guests.

Yes. Solemnisation with a tea reception for up to 40 guests in the garden room starts from S$3,200++. The legal registration of the marriage is separate, and the couple handles it with the official registry.

Yes. Our intimate lunch or dinner for 20 to 80 guests in the garden room starts from S$138++ per guest. It includes a solemnisation corner and basic floral decor. The planner confirms the final cost.

Each banquet package includes an eight-course Chinese set menu, soft drinks and Chinese tea, a stage with LED wall and sound system, the bridal suite, an in-house planner and a coordinator on the day.

A deposit of S$2,000 holds a banquet date, and S$1,000 holds a solemnisation or intimate package. It comes off your final bill, and the contract sets the later payments.

Yes. A tasting for two is free once you have held a date with the deposit. Before that, it is S$88 for two, and the fee comes off your final bill.

We have vegetarian set menus. Our kitchen is not halal-certified, so we can't serve halal meals. Please tell the team about allergies early, and a team member can talk through options for your guests.

Yes. Corkage is S$40++ per bottle of wine or spirits. Our banquet packages already include soft drinks and Chinese tea, and a team member can share our drinks packages.

Yes, or you can choose from our preferred vendors. Outside vendors follow our venue rules, and open flames, sparklers and confetti cannons need the team's approval first.

Yes. Our decor packages start from S$1,800++ and include a floral stage backdrop, aisle and table centrepieces. For a custom design, the planner quotes after a design meeting.

Lunch sessions run from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, and dinner sessions from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Your decor team can start setting up two hours before your session.
