Prices start from S$32,000 for a 3-room BTO flat, S$42,000 for a 4-room and S$52,000 for a 5-room. The designer confirms the final cost after a free site visit. Which type of home do you have?

Yes. The site consultation and the quotation are free, with no obligation to go ahead. The designer listens to your needs, measures the space and talks through your budget.

Please bring your floor plan and photos of styles you like, and have your key collection date and a rough budget in mind. For a visit to your flat, an adult needs to be there to let the designer in.

The designer needs the property type and size, the area, your rough budget, your timeline and a floor plan if you have one. A free site visit then lets them prepare a written quotation.

A 4-room resale HDB flat starts from S$58,000 because hacking, re-tiling and rewiring are often needed. The designer confirms the final cost after seeing the flat. Other sizes are quoted then.

A 2 or 3-bedroom condo starts from S$70,000 and the designer confirms the final cost after a site visit. Landed homes vary too much for a starting price. Condo management offices have their own rules, and the team helps with the forms.

A bathroom or toilet starts from S$6,500 and a kitchen from S$9,000. We take smaller jobs from S$5,000 but not repairs or painting-only jobs. The designer confirms the final cost after seeing the space.

A whole-home renovation includes design, project management, the HDB permit application, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry. Starting prices include GST. Loose furniture, appliances and curtains are extra.

The prices I give are starting prices and include GST. After the site visit the designer gives a written quotation. That price stays the same unless you ask for changes, and each change is written down with its cost first.

We ask for a 10 percent deposit when you sign. The rest is paid in stages linked to progress, and the last payment comes after the handover check. The schedule is in your contract.

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, cheque, NETS and major credit cards. Payments follow the stages in your contract, and we never take card details over the phone.

I can't advise on CPF or loans, so please check the rules with your bank or the relevant agency. A designer can give you the payment stages so you can plan.

Yes. You get an invoice for each stage payment and a receipt once it is paid, with GST shown. We can issue a company invoice if you need one.

Design and permits take about 4 weeks. The work then takes about 8 to 10 weeks for a new 4-room BTO, and longer for resale flats and condos. The designer gives the schedule after the site visit.

Work can only start after you collect your keys and the permit is approved. You can plan the design and get a quotation before then. Do you have a key collection date?

Yes. We apply for the HDB renovation permit once the plans are final, and work starts only after it is approved. HDB decides on approval, so I can't promise a date.

Some walls can be removed and some cannot. HDB decides, and the designer checks your floor plan and applies for the permit. I can't say for your flat before that.

Yes. 3D drawings of your layout are part of the package, and you go through them with your designer before any work starts.

Yes. We can add grab bars, non-slip flooring and a step-free bathroom. Some government schemes may help with the cost depending on eligibility, and the team can explain.

Yes, please do. The showroom has lift access and seats, and family members are welcome to join the site consultation too.

Yes. We are on HDB's list of registered renovation contractors, and electrical and plumbing work is done by licensed workers. The designer can show you the details at the consultation.

Yes, for 12 months from handover. If you find a fault, tell the team. They inspect it and repair any defect caused by our workmanship.

I can't promise a result, but the designer explains what to expect before any work starts. Our work has a 12-month defects period. Refunds and cancellations follow your contract, and a team member can explain the terms.

Yes. Please tell us at least a day before and the team will find another time with you at no charge.

Please call us if you're running late. If you're more than 20 minutes behind, the designer may need to move the visit to another time.

I'm sorry, I don't have any discounts to offer. A team member can tell you about current offers and what each quotation includes.

Prices cover the design, permits, materials, skilled workers, project management and the defects period. The quotation lists every item, so you can see where the money goes.
