Cooking skills, such as local, Western or Chinese dishes, are listed in each biodata. Tell the consultant what your family eats, and they look for biodata with that experience. You can ask about it at the interview.

Language skills differ by helper and are listed in each biodata. You can hear the helper's English at the interview, and the consultant can show you biodata that list Mandarin.

Yes. MOM has rules on rest days for helpers, and the rules can change. The consultant explains the current rule and how families usually agree on rest days.

Part-time cleaners start from S$22 an hour, with a minimum of 3 hours a visit, and prices include GST. A consultant confirms the final cost and the visit times.

Please bring your NRIC and arrive about 10 minutes early. A first meeting is free and takes 30 to 45 minutes. It helps to know who the helper will look after, your home type, such as an HDB flat or a condo, and the tasks you need.

It depends on the type of helper. A transfer helper is usually quicker than a new helper from overseas, and the MOM application takes its own time. I can't promise a date, but the consultant gives an estimate once you choose.

Yes. Please tell us at least a day before, and the team will move it to another time. There's no charge for changing a meeting.

Please call us if you're running late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to move you to another time. If you can't come, please tell us so we can offer the time to another family.
