Aesthetic clinic

Doctors and clinic staff are with patients when enquiries come in, and a first-time caller who reaches voicemail often tries the next clinic. The assistant answers while your team treats, notes consultation requests and preferred times, and leaves every clinical question, product and result to your doctors.

What it handles

  • Consultation requests with a preferred day and time, noted for the team to confirm
  • Opening hours, location, payment methods and the prices you have approved
  • First-visit questions: what to bring, how long a visit takes, the deposit and cancellation rules
  • Changes, late arrivals and cancellations noted for the team to follow up

When it hands over to a person

  • Swelling, spreading redness or blistering after a treatment (trouble breathing: call 995 first)
  • A complaint, a refund request, or a caller who asks for the doctor or the manager
  • A question the approved answers do not cover, such as a treatment not on the list

What it never does

  • Gives medical or skin advice, or says what a treatment will do for a caller
  • Discusses prescription-only products or doses, or promises or compares results
  • Quotes a price you have not approved, or asks for NRIC or card details by voice

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.

How much is a consultation?

A first consultation with the doctor starts from S$80 and takes about 30 minutes. If you start a treatment within 30 days, the fee comes off your bill. Would you like me to note a slot for the team?

Can I book an appointment?

Of course. I can note an appointment request for the team. Do you prefer a weekday or Saturday, and morning, afternoon or evening?

Do you take walk-ins?

We prefer appointments so the doctor has time for you. If you walk in, the team will check whether the doctor is free, but we can't promise a slot. Would you like a team member to check today?

Where are you located?

We're on Orchard Road, about a four-minute walk from Somerset MRT. There's paid parking in the building.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayNow, NETS, major credit cards and cash. Our prices include GST. Medisave and insurance claims depend on the treatment and your plan, and cosmetic treatments are often not covered, so please check with the team.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes, every new patient starts with a consultation with the doctor, about 30 minutes. The doctor looks at your skin and plans your treatment. Treatment on the same day is sometimes possible, but we can't promise it.

What treatments do you offer?

We offer facials, laser for pigmentation and acne scars, skin boosters and skin-tightening. The doctor decides what suits you at your consultation. Which one are you interested in?

Do you treat pigmentation or dark spots?

Yes, we offer laser treatment for pigmentation, from S$250 a session. The doctor examines your skin first, decides if laser suits you and explains what to expect.

Can you treat acne scars?

Yes, we offer acne scar treatments from S$300 a session. The doctor examines your skin, explains the options and decides how many sessions to plan. Active acne needs a doctor's assessment first.

How much is a facial?

Our hydrating and deep-cleansing facials start from S$120 and take about 60 minutes. A new patient sees the doctor first, and the doctor confirms the final cost.

Do you have anti-ageing treatments?

Yes, skin boosters start from S$450 a session and skin-tightening treatments from S$600 a session. The doctor plans what suits you at the consultation. I can't discuss products or doses, or promise how you will look.

Which products or devices do you use?

The doctor chooses the devices and products for each patient. Injectable treatments are only decided and done by the doctor, who explains the options and cost at a consultation. I can't discuss products, brands or doses by phone.

How long does a treatment take?

A consultation takes about 30 minutes and a facial about 60 minutes. Most other treatments take 30 to 60 minutes. The doctor tells you the time for your plan.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your skin and the treatment. After the consultation, the doctor gives you a plan with the number of sessions and the cost.

Is there downtime after treatment?

It depends on the treatment and your skin. The doctor explains what to expect, including any redness or recovery time and how to look after your skin afterwards. I can't predict it by phone.

I'm nervous about my first treatment

That's very common, and you're not alone. How a treatment feels differs from person to person, so the doctor explains each step first, and nothing starts until you agree.

Can you guarantee the results?

No clinic can promise results, because every skin is different. The doctor explains what to expect and your options before any treatment, and nothing starts until you agree.

Can I see before and after photos?

I'm sorry, I can't share those here. Results differ for every person, and the doctor explains what is realistic for you at the consultation.

I'm pregnant or on medication, can I have treatment?

I can't give medical advice. The doctor decides what is suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medicine, so please tell the doctor everything at your consultation. Shall I note a request for the team?

Are there any risks or side effects?

I can't go into risks or side effects by phone. The doctor explains them in full for your treatment at the consultation, and nothing starts until you agree.

Can my teenage child have treatment?

Patients under 21 need a parent or legal guardian with them to give consent. The doctor decides whether a treatment is suitable for their age.

Can I bring my children or a family member?

A friend or family member is welcome to come with you and wait in reception. For safety, children can't stay in the treatment room, so please bring another adult to look after them.

What should I bring or prepare for my first visit?

Please bring your NRIC or passport and a list of any medicines and skincare you use, and arrive about ten minutes early for a short form. Anyone under 21 needs a parent or guardian. The doctor gives any preparation advice for your treatment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a S$50 deposit holds your slot for a consultation or treatment. The team sends the PayNow details once they confirm your slot, and the deposit comes off your final bill.

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Yes, please tell us at least 24 hours before. The team will move your appointment, and the deposit moves with it, or is returned if you cancel. With less notice, the deposit is kept.

What if I'm late or miss my appointment?

Please call us if you're running late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the treatment or move you to another time. If you miss it without telling us, the deposit is kept.

Can you give me a discount?

I'm sorry, I don't have any discounts to offer. A team member can tell you if there are any current offers.

Is that the final price?

The prices I give are starting prices, and they include GST. The doctor confirms the final cost after the consultation and gives you a written treatment plan, and nothing starts until you agree.

Why is it so expensive?

Prices cover the doctor's time and expertise, clinic-grade equipment and follow-up care. The doctor confirms the cost at the consultation, so there are no surprises.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

I can't promise a refund. Please tell us your concern first, and the doctor will go through it with you. The clinic manager decides on any refund request.

I'm unhappy with my treatment

I'm so sorry to hear that. Please tell us as soon as you can. A doctor can review it with you, and the manager can also call you back.

Do you record my calls?

This call may be recorded, as I said at the start. Recordings and your details are only used to follow up your request, and you can ask us to delete them.

Do you speak Mandarin?

Yes, our doctors and team speak English and Mandarin. On this demonstration line I can only help in English.

Are you open on weekends and public holidays?

We're open on Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays, and open again the next working day. For an emergency at any time, please call 995.
